Mendota Farmers Market - Tuesday

Let's learn about the importance of eating locally by organizing a Mendota Farmer's Market! The market will take place during Mendota's Fall Festival in early October. During the class, we will work on promoting the market and gather/make items to sell at the market. In the final weeks of the class, we will do some clean-up in the Mendota Garden as well as other fun fall activities and crafts.
**Note - we will need students on Thurs. Oct 1 for Farmers Market set-up**

Music Keyboards - Monday

Read & Run - Monday
with Ms. Munson, Ms. Christiansen, Ms. Krohn
Looking for a fun and enriching after-school program for your child? Read & Run class is the perfect way to give your child a balanced boost for both their body and mind. We kick things off with some fun physical activity to get their energy flowing and their hearts pumping. After a good warm-up of stretching and running, they'll enjoy a healthy snack to refuel before we dive into some awesome story time with our experienced teachers. It’s the perfect way to help your child improve their physical health, build healthy habits, and fall in love with reading! Taught by Ms Munson & Ms Christiansen
Ukulele - Thursday

Learn the basics of how to play the ukulele and get started learning your favorite songs. Taught by Mendota teacher, Mr. Hayes.
Wiffleball Outdoors - Thursday

Students can learn the fundamentals of baseball in a safe environment outside using a foam ball. All skill levels are welcome to play. No equipment is required for students to play. Taught by Mendota Staff, Mr. Gerrard.
